Every address above belongs to the ROLE rather than to the person holding it. The board turns over on two-year terms, so writing to the treasurer reaches whoever the treasurer is — this year and in five years — and no volunteer’s personal address ends up published on a page that outlives their term.

Quorum is five board members. Voting at the AGM is open to players registered within the last twelve months or their parents and guardians, to coaches without children in the programme, and to the executive — a maximum of two households per player, and no proxy voting.

The bylaws will be posted here once incorporation is complete.
