Oak Park Raiders Football is the football programme at École Secondaire Oak Park High School, on Charleswood Road in Winnipeg. It has been in the Winnipeg High School Football League since 1991 and currently runs two squads: Varsity in the league’s top tier, and Junior Varsity, where most players start.

It is a school programme and a community club at the same time. The football is run by coaches at the school; the money, the equipment, the fundraising and the alumni are run by a volunteer board of parents and former players. Neither half works without the other, and most of what happens off the field is done by people who are not paid for it.

The programme has sent more players into professional football than any other high school in Canada — ten CFL champions, and in one recent Grey Cup, three Oak Park graduates on the field at once. That is the part people have heard of. The part the club cares about is the roughly ninety players a year who do not go professional and get a season out of it anyway.
